Description of our oil
It is a green fruit oil of the first made in Spain in the current harvest, from the Royal varieties. Made with olives of selected olive trees, collected in October, in ververeno when more than 90% of the olive is green.
10 Kg of raw material is required to obtain a liter of oil of this quality, it has a color, aroma and intense flavor, due to its rigorous processing process.
